To view a customer contact profile's details, follow the steps below:
Search for the relevant customer, then click the Display Contact Profile icon.
Review the customer's details:
View and update a customer's contact information: You can edit a customer's contact information.
View a contact's details and bounce history: You can see a contact's details and opt-in preferences updates history.
View a contact's interactions: You can view a contact's transactions, website tracking, bookings, visits, and other interactions.
From the Marketing tab, review the communications the customer received.
Review other module related interactions, based on your available modules:
Sales Leads: You can view here sales leads assigned to this customer or create new ones if needed.
Surveys: You can view any surveys a customer completed.
Feedback: You can view any feedback tickets assigned to this customer.
Loyalty: The Loyalty page shows a comprehensive view of a customer’s journey through the loyalty platform.
