View and edit a contact details

The profile details section in the customer's contact profile contains all the information available for a single customer.

View a contact details

To view the customer's contact details:

  1. Click the Single Customer View icon, then click Search Contact.

  2. In the search area, add your customer details, then click the search icon.

  3. To view their details, click the edit icon by the relevant customer.

  4. Navigate to the tab Profile, then click Contact Details. These details include:

    • Address details:

      • Address 1.

      • City.

      • Post code.

      • Address 2.

      • Country.

      • Country code.

    • Company details:

      • Company name.

      • Lead Company Contact.

      • Job Title.

      • Finance Company Contact.

    • Push notification details:

      • Device Token.

      • App Name.

      • Expiry Date.

      • App ID.

    • Additional Details:

      • Dormant Status and details.

    • Creation:

      • Creation date and time.

      • External Identifier.

      • Details of the source of the creation.

    • Latest Modification Details:

      • Latest modification date and time.

      • Latest modification source

    • Various IDs:

      • Member Numbers.

      • Loyalty.

      • Referral.

      • Student.

      • Click & collect.

Edit a contact details

You can manually edit a contact's details from their contact profile in east steps.

To edit the contact details, follow these steps:

  1. From the profile section, click Edit, you can change the following details:

    1. Profile picture.

    2. Title.

    3. Full name (First Name, Last Name)

    4. Phone number.

    5. Email address.

    6. DOB.

    7. Addresses.

    8. The corporate ID and job title.

  2. Click Update.

πŸ€“Tip: Once you update the contact profile's details, you will have a small green pop-up on the right side of your screen, indicating a successful update.
