We offer several modules in Acteol Enterprise to enhance your marketing capabilities:

Our standard modules:

  • Single Customer View: Where all data automatically comes together and gets updated every day with every customer interaction, giving the most up-to-date view.

  • Campaigns: Create personalised email or SMS campaigns with closed-loop reporting so you know what is working to drive repeat visits and spend.

  • Journey: Allows you to visually create multiple-step, multi-channel customer journeys (Email- SMS) with follow-up automated campaigns based on time delays and action/non-action decisions to build better experiences for your customers.

  • Website Tracking: We provide a tracking script to be embedded into the customer's website. Once embedded, the system begins by capturing activity from unknown visitors, building a foundation of behavioural data even before direct engagement. As campaigns are launched containing the website links and customers begin interacting with emails, these anonymous profiles are matched to known contacts within the Single Customer View (SCV), enriching their profiles with detailed web activity.

  • Import: Enables you to upload a list of contacts from an external source by uploading Excel files.

  • Insight: Interactive insight reports to drill into your customer database. Visual charts showing growth, visit and spend behaviour over a period of time.

  • Dashboard: The dashboard module enables you create different charts quickly and easily. You can set it up so that your dashboard sends automatically to your inbox for a weekly, monthly or hourly report.

  • Open API access: Acteol Enterprise supports open API access.

  • Feedback and Enquiries: This module collects feedback and enquiries from multiple sources and routes them to the relevant team members so they can be responded to quickly and efficiently.

  • Survey Builder​: This module enables you to create personalised web surveys to collect information on new customers or enrich existing customer data.

  • Sales Leads Portal: The SLP collects leads from multiple sources and triggers so your sales team can manage them through the sales cycle and track results end-to-end.

  • Audience Management: Reach customers and prospects through building adverts social media channels to expand your customer database.

  • Social Activity: Bring and create content for your various social channels together from DMN, Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

  • Loyalty: The Loyalty module enables you to run a loyalty programme within your business so customers can earn and burn points when they visit. Track visits and spend levels compared to non-loyalty customers to understand the benefits.

  • Vouchers: Create and send unique or generic voucher codes to incentivise future spend and visits from customers or to reward them.

  • Mapping: A rich Google Maps integration enables you to review the key data for each of your locations so you can understand the population, market penetration and demographics in the local area.
