Search for a specific customer

In Acteol CRM, you can search for a specific customer and have a direct route to their complete profile. You can instantly pull up and view a customer’s history, bookings, and interactions.

You can search for a specific customer and view their details in your Acteol database via two methods:

Search for a contact via the home page from the contacts search shortcut

  1. From the Search bar near your username, start by selecting any search filters using any available details. You can search with:

    • The customer's first name: Contact Name

    • The customer's email address: Email

    • The customer's address: Address

    • The customer's Phone: Contact Phone

    • The customer's member ID: External IDs.

    • The customer's external Id: Contact IDs

  2. Press enter.

  3. To view their details, click the edit icon by the relevant customer.


Search for a contact via the contacts search area in the single customer view module

  1. Click the Single Customer View icon, then click Search Contact.

  2. In the search area, add your customer details:

    • The customer's first name: Contact Name

    • The customer's email address: Email

    • The customer's address: Address

    • The customer's Phone: Contact Phone

    • Contact IDs: Contact IDs

    • External IDs: External IDs

  3. Click the search icon.

  4. To view their details, click the edit icon by the relevant customer.
