The Dashboard module lets you build visual charts from your customer data and arrange them into personalised dashboard views. You can monitor the metrics that matter most to your business at a glance, and schedule dashboards to be delivered automatically to your inbox on a recurring basis.

Creating charts
Charts are the building blocks of your dashboards. When creating a chart, you select the data you want to visualise. For example, visit trends, campaign performance, spend by site, or customer acquisition over time. Each chart can be configured with a date range and any relevant filters to focus on the data most relevant to your business.
đ¤ Tip: Build charts around your key business questions first. For example, âWhich sites have the highest average spend?â or âHow has campaign engagement changed over the last 90 days?â then group related charts into a single dashboard for a coherent view.
Building a dashboard
Once you have created your charts, you can arrange them into a dashboard layout. Dashboards are personal to your user account, so each user can build a view tailored to their own reporting needs without affecting other users.
You can add as many charts as needed and rearrange them to create a clear, logical layout. Each dashboard can be given a name that reflects its purpose, for example, âCampaign Performanceâ.
Scheduled delivery
Dashboards can be scheduled for automatic delivery to your email inbox, removing the need to log in to Acteol manually to review your data. You can configure:
Delivery frequency: Hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly.
The recipient email address.
The specific dashboard to send.

Key things to know
The Dashboard module is a standard Acteol Enterprise module, included in all packages.
Dashboards and chart layouts are personal to your user account.
Charts draw on data from across your integrated sources, including EPOS, bookings, campaigns, and the Single Customer View.
