The SMS editor has been updated in the new campaign builder. Sender configuration has moved out of the editor and into Step 3 of the campaign flow. Two new tools have been added: an emoji picker and AI-assisted copy generation.
Settings moved to Step 3
The following settings are no longer configured in the SMS editor. You can set them in Step 3: Audience and sender instead:
Mobile phone field selection.
Sender name.
Bypass business rules.
Writing your SMS
Enter your message in the SMS content field. A character counter is shown below the field.
To send an extended SMS, select Yes next to Do you want to set your SMS as extended?
