To add your own SQL query, follow these steps:
Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation.
Click the Selections & Queries tab, then click the Add
icon by Queries List.From the displayed pop-up, write your own query.
🤓Tip: To search for and select a specific contact based on their CtcID, enter the following query: SELECT CtcID
Add a title for your selection, then click Submit.
After that, your selection will appear under the Index File list on the Selections & Queries tab. You can then drag and drop it to use.
