To use the contact segmentation wizard smoothly, follow the steps below:
Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation Wizard.
From Create Your Target, define your selection.
Select Match ALL criteria or ANY, then click Add New Group.
Select the relevant wizard by clicking the arrow
icon and selecting the wizard name.Click Choose field and select the required criteria.
Select Choose operator, choose Exact Match, then define your option.
You can filter contacts based on the minimum number of interactions they've had with you.
🤓Tip: If your selection is a query or created from a wizard, you can click Show Details, to review the used query if you want to double-check it, if not clicked, only the selection name will be displayed.
