What's new?

Feedback and enquiries

Sub-region column and filter now available in Manage Feedback & Enquiries grid

📌Note: This is only applicable if the sub-regions are setup, which is quite bespoke.

  • The Manage Feedback & Enquiries grid now displays a Sub-region column for instances where sub-regions are configured, so you can immediately see which sub-region each ticket belongs to without needing to configure your column view.

  • You can filter the grid by one or more sub-regions, making it easier to identify and prioritise tickets relevant to a specific sub-region team.

  • The Sub-region column is sortable alphabetically, and the filter clears cleanly to restore the full unfiltered grid.

  • Sub-region values are derived automatically from each ticket's Location mapping, so no manual data entry is required, and any future changes to Location-to-sub-region mappings are reflected automatically.

Journeys

Copied Journeys now start in Draft. Edit every component before going live

  • When reusing or cloning a live Journey, all copied Journey items are now created in Draft status, giving you a clean starting point to review and customise before activation.

  • Previously, copied campaigns could inherit a submitted or live status from the original, preventing edits. The copied Journey is now treated as a fully independent Journey.

  • Campaigns that require approval in the original Journey are no longer automatically approved in the copied version, ensuring each copy goes through its own review process before being made live.

  • You can now edit all components of a reused Journey, make your changes, and submit or approve campaigns on your own schedule before activating the new Journey.

Loyalty

Choose "Last Earned Date" to expire a customer's whole balance based on inactivity

  • You can now select a new "Last Earned Date" expiry type in Loyalty Settings, alongside the existing "Per Earn Date" model. This is configurable per brand or scheme.

  • When "Last Earned Date" is selected, a customer's entire points or stamps balance expires together if they have not earned again within a set number of days, making expiry simpler and easier for customers to understand.

  • This is configurable independently per brand in multi-brand instances, with no impact on other brands' expiry settings.

Contacts

Contact emails now saved exactly as entered. Dot-stripping no longer overwrites the original address

  • When a loyalty contact is created or matched via any inbound channel (API, import, survey, or journey), the email address is now stored exactly as received, with dots preserved in the local part (for example, [email protected] is no longer saved as [email protected]).

  • Dot-stripping continues to be used internally for duplicate detection only, ensuring that contacts with dotted and non-dotted variants of the same address are still correctly recognised as the same person, with no new duplicate records created.

  • This resolves a mismatch between the email held in Atreemo and the original email held by third-party systems (such as loyalty or POS integrations), which previously caused stamp-earning and redemption failures for affected customers.

  • Going forward, all newly created or matched contact records reflect the original, unmodified email address across the Contact Profile, data exports, and API responses.

Offers & vouchers

Offers can now be edited without pausing, with automation safeguards and a full audit trail

  • Offers can now be edited directly while active. The previous requirement to pause an offer before making changes has been removed, so your automations and loyalty programmes are never interrupted by routine edits.

  • When an offer is linked to a live automated process (such as a Real-Time Event, Journey, API integration, or active Loyalty programme), the Pause button is automatically disabled, with a tooltip explaining why, preventing accidental disruption to live customer journeys.

  • When an offer has no live automation links, the Pause button remains fully enabled and functional as normal.

  • All changes made to offer parameters are now recorded in a backend audit log, capturing what changed, the previous and new values, who made the change, and when, supporting faster investigation if any issue arises.

Multiple redemption frequency option. Offer managers can now control how often a voucher can be redeemed

  • You can now configure the maximum number of times a single personalised voucher can be redeemed, giving greater control over campaign redemption limits.

  • A new "Set a minimum days between redemptions" toggle lets you enforce a cooldown period between redemptions. When enabled, a minimum number of days can be specified before the same voucher can be used again.

  • When the cooldown toggle is off (the default), customers may redeem the same voucher multiple times per day with no restriction.

  • These controls enable more flexible and targeted voucher campaign configurations to suit a variety of promotional strategies.

Sub-region grouping and Select All now available in the Locations dropdown, build and edit Offers faster

📌Note: This is only applicable if the sub-regions are setup, which is quite bespoke.

  • When creating or editing an Offer or Sub-offer, the Locations dropdown now groups locations by sub-region (nested under their Region), making it easier to navigate large location lists.

  • A "Select All" option is available per sub-region, letting you select or deselect all locations within a specific sub-region in a single click, with no need to select them individually.

  • Region-level "Select All" continues to work as before, covering all sub-regions within that region.

  • Existing behaviours, including "All locations", location search, and brand-level scoping, are unaffected by this change.

New Campaign module

Some of the features below have been shaped by feedback from our early access customers. We're still open to your thoughts and continuing to improve. If you're interested, please reach out to your account manager to request access.

Navigate freely between visited steps with clear visual cues on the enhanced Step Progress Bar

  • You can now click any previously visited step bar in the progress bar to jump directly back to that step, without needing to navigate sequentially.

  • Unvisited steps remain non-clickable and show no hover effect, clearly communicating which steps are available to revisit.

  • Hovering over a clickable step bar triggers a smooth scale and shadow animation, making interactive steps easy to identify at a glance.

  • When revisiting a completed step, the active bar is now visually distinguished with pill-shaped ends and a soft teal glow, so your current position is always clear.

Configure and manage your export field preferences in one place with the new Export Fields Settings page

  • A dedicated Export Fields Settings page is now available, giving you a centralised location to configure which fields are included in your data exports.

  • You can now view, select, and manage export field preferences directly from the settings area, removing the need to adjust these on a per-export basis.

  • The page has been designed for ease of use, with a clear layout that makes it straightforward to update your export configuration at any time.

Create custom personalisation fields on the fly from the Export Fields dropdown when setting up an External Trigger audience

  • You can now create custom personalisation fields directly from the Fields dropdown when configuring a Sender Profile for an External Trigger audience, with no need to navigate away from the setup flow.

  • New custom fields can be named and given an optional default value inline, and are immediately available for selection alongside existing predefined fields.

  • Duplicate field names are prevented automatically, with clear validation feedback displayed in the dropdown.

  • This self-serve capability reduces friction when working with personalisation data that falls outside the standard field list, keeping the audience configuration experience fast and uninterrupted.

Campaign Builder now hides advanced options by default, focus on what matters without the clutter

  • A new "Show advanced options" toggle is now available across the Campaign Builder, keeping advanced configuration fields hidden by default so you can focus on the essential settings first.

  • In Channel Setup (Step 2), Campaign Automation and Channel Split Test are tucked away behind the toggle, with an "X active" badge showing how many advanced options are currently enabled.

  • In Audience (Step 3), the four Yes/No questions and the Control Group slider are hidden by default and can be revealed without affecting any styling or saved values.

  • In Email Content (Step 4), Throttle Send and Add UTM Codes are collapsed by default; in Schedule (Step 6), each channel card has its own independent toggle hiding Active Send Times, Weather Customisation, and Seed List settings.

  • All field values are retained when options are hidden — toggling visibility never resets your configuration.

Campaign Overview Channel ID filter now available, the column can be added and filtered as expected

  • The Channel ID column in Campaign Overview can now be added via the column picker and filtered like any other column.

  • Previously, the Channel ID column was missing its filter option, meaning you could display the column but could not filter campaign results by Channel ID.

  • The column selection and filter preference are now preserved correctly across page reloads.

Fixes in this release

Journeys

Birthday (Custom) Journey node now loads correctly, query naming screen displays as expected

  • The Birthday (Custom) node in Journeys now loads reliably, ensuring the query naming screen is displayed correctly when configuring the node.

  • Previously, the node could fail to load and the query naming screen would not appear, preventing configuration. This has been resolved so the node behaves as expected every time.

  • Journey flows using Birthday (Custom) nodes are now more stable, reducing the need for workarounds when setting up date-based triggers.

Sales leads

Deleted lead statuses now appear greyed out in the Sales Leads status filter

  • Lead statuses that have been deleted but are configured to remain visible in filters now appear visually greyed out in the Sales Leads Status filter, both in the dropdown list and as selected tags.

  • This makes it immediately clear which statuses are no longer active, while still allowing you to filter by them so that historical leads holding those statuses can be found.

  • No action is required from you — the change takes effect automatically.

Social engagement

Google Business Profile locations now connect reliably. Duplicate location entries no longer prevent account setup

  • You can now successfully connect your Google Business Profile account within the SE Setup section, even when the associated Google account has access to the same location more than once.

  • Previously, duplicate location entries returned by the Google My Business API caused the connection to fail silently, preventing the account from being added.

  • A validation has been introduced to automatically remove duplicate location entries during the connection process, ensuring the setup completes as expected.

  • No manual intervention or workaround is required — the fix is applied automatically when adding a Google account.
