Intelligence Engine
Understand your customers better and act faster
Gym-specific segmentation templates: built on RF (recency and frequency) rather than spend-based RFM, reflecting how gym customer behaviour is best measured.
Create a campaign directly from a feed notification: spot a segment movement alert and act on it instantly, with the relevant contacts already pre-loaded into Campaign Builder in one click.
Voucher module
Cap the total number of redemptions on an offer
Once your limit is hit, customers will no longer be able to redeem any more vouchers. No manual intervention needed.
Set your cap at offer creation under Redemption Details, or if you change your mind and want to increase the redemption limit mid-promotion, update it any time by pausing the offer first. Works across both redemption modes: unlimited and personalised.
Delete vouchers: keep your list clean
Deleted vouchers are excluded from reports, calculations, and customer wallets.
Vouchers cannot be restored once deleted, but users with the right permissions can still view them for audit purposes.
Deletion access is permission-controlled. manage who in your team can delete.
Vouchers list: Clearer date column labels
When you navigate to the grid within Vouchers List, "Valid From" and "Valid To" have been renamed to "Issuance Date" and "Expiry Date", making it easier to distinguish voucher dates from offer dates.
For example, a Birthday Offer may be âValid Fromâ 1st June â this is usually the date a promotion goes live. However, you may have issued a Voucher (from this Offer) to a specific customer on their birthday on the 10th July â this is what we refer to as the Issuance Date, which is visible in the Voucher List grid. Naming the grid column âValid Fromâ in the past proved confusing â now the distinction is much clearer.
Expiry Date covers all scenarios, whether itâs been manually entered or dynamically calculated from the offer setup. It is now a clearer source of truth.
Loyalty Management module
Activate and go live with a loyalty programme, no developer involvement needed
Originally, a developer would need to manually activate your loyalty programme. Now you can set your loyalty programme live even quicker, from the Acteol CRM front-end.
Fully self-serve with faster turnaround times and no external dependencies.
Permission-controlled, only authorised users in your team can activate.
Survey module
Category management improvements
SLP categories now appear in survey form builders. No more enabling them for Feedback & Enquiries to get them to show up.
Feedback & Enquiries module
Customise your AI Sentiment Insights, filter tickets and define your own insight categories
Get AI analysis that reflects your business priorities. Filter by survey, ticket type, category, or customer segment to focus on what matters.
Define and reorder your own insight categories (e.g. "Wait Times", "Delivery Experience") instead of working from a fixed default list.
Find it under Feedback & Enquiries > AI Sentiment Insights > Settings. Changes take effect from the next scheduled weekly analysis.
Sales Lead Portal module
Configure default "Contact Made" outcome and "Follow-Up Date"
Previously, when Contact Made was selected, the Contact Type defaulted to âSuccessfulâ and Follow-Up Date defaulted to the current day. Now, these defaults are configured by you.
Stop your team manually adjusting the same fields on every lead. Set defaults that reflect how your business actually works and reduce manual effort.
Configure both settings under General Settings in the Sales Lead Portal Setup.
Individual users can still override the defaults at the point of interaction when needed.
SCV module
Survey responses now included in data exports from the Contact Profile.
Export a contact's full survey history, each question alongside its answer, all in one file.
No more cross-referencing data elsewhere to get the full picture.
Audience Management module
Search for countries by name or code when creating a lookalike audience
Type a country code (e.g. "GB") or full name in the Location field and get the right result either way. No more having to remember exact full names.
The Homepage
Best Performing Campaigns, now filtered by your brand
See only your brand's top-performing campaigns on the homepage. No more aggregated data mixing results across brands.
Particularly useful for multi-brand organisations where each brand's marketing activity should remain separate.
Infrastructure
Behind-the-scenes infrastructure updates starting with Homepage, API Logs, and My Account
No visible changes, but these pages now retrieve data via a modernised backend, laying the groundwork for faster performance and more reliable data display.
This is the first phase of a broader infrastructure rollout that will continue across the platform in future releases.
