Create stats to understand your customers data

You can have a breakdown of stats for your selection after that you've created it.

To break down your selection after that you've created it and view specific stats about your selection, follow the steps below:

⚠️Important: The create stats option will be enabled once you have a certain criterion or selection on your Contact Selection.

  1. Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation.

  2. From the data tree, drag and drop any parent node.

    πŸ€“Tip: A parent node is a node that you can expand if you click the expand icon.

  3. Click Create Stats.

  4. Drag the relevant nodes in the rows and other ones for the columns.

  5. To add a particular result to your selection, click the plus icon.

  6. To export this data, click Export to Excel or Export to PDF.
