To segment your customers based on their region, follow the below steps:
Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation.
From the Data Tree nodes list, by Demographics click the arrow
icon to expand the node.By Geographical click the arrow
icon for all the nodes beneath it, until reaching Regions.You can select the relevant region, or one of the options under it.
Drag and drop the relevant node into the Contact Selection.
🤓 Tip: For each node, the count shown in the box next to the expand arrow represents the number of customers who have this information available.
