Segment nearby customers based on their drive time or radius

You can segment your customers based on their their drive time or radius compared to your sites if you have their postcode information provided. This allows you to deliver highly localised and relevant marketing campaigns.

To segment your customers based on their region, follow the below steps:

  1. Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation.

  2. From the Data Tree nodes list, drag and drop the Nearby Contacts (wizard).

  3. From the pop-up, add the needed details:

    1. Select the location that you will compare to it.

    2. Select the calculation mode:

      • Drive Time: Select one or more locations and choose from predefined time ranges from 5 to 40 minutes.

      • Radius: Select one or more locations and choose from predefined distance ranges from 1 to 20 miles.

    3. Select the drive time or radius details.

  4. Click Next, add a title to your selection, then click Next.
