Understand the Sales Leads list grid
To find of your current sales leads items, follow the below steps:
From the modules menu, click Sales Leads.
From the displayed grid, manage the available sales leads:*
From the Actions column, you can:
Favourite Lead: This will enable this specific lead to stay pinned at the top of the grid for your user.
View Customer Profile: Takes you to the customer’s full profile.
Edit Lead: Opens the lead details so you can make updates.
Delete Lead : You can only delete a lead that you have claimed; the icon will be greyed out and unclickable if you have not claimed it.
Claim Lead: Take ownership of a lead, though this functionality may not be required by all clients so you may not see this icon.
Unclaim Lead: Remove a lead from yourself or someone else. Again, this is specific to certain clients so you may not see this icon
Assign Lead: You can assign a lead to a specific staff member; they will then receive a notification informing them. You can also assign a lead to a specific location from this section.
Add Reminder: This will add an email prompt to the user’s calendar, this is integrated with Outlook for now.
Lead ID: The lead's unique ID.
Lead and customer details
Customer full name.
Customer's company name.
Source: The source of the lead. This can be your website for example.
Sub source: The sub source of the lead.
Lead source: The lead source.
Location: The location assigned to the lead.
Category: The category assigned to the lead.
Subcategory: The subcategory assigned to the lead.
Status: The lead's current status.
Claimed By Name: The user or the team who claimed the lead.
Walk In: This indicates to you if the lead was a walk in.
Contact made: This indicates to you if the contact was made for this lead.
Creation Date: When was the lead was created.
Follow Up Date: The lead's follow-up date.
Actual Revenue: The actual revenue related to the lead.
Estimated Revenue: The estimated revenue related to the lead.
Brand: The brand to which the lead is assigned.
Visit Date: The visit date for this lead.
Guest Number: The number for the guests who will be coming with this lead.
Leads grid display mode preferences
You can choose the display of the list of the leads in the Sales Lead Portal in easy steps.
Temporary view for columns personalisation
By the grid or list view, click the Cog
icon.From the column with the purple items, use drag and drop to move the fields you want into the column with the blue items.
If you want to remove some fields from your view, drag and drop the fields in the column with the blue items into the opposite section.
Once all updates are made, click Save.
Your view will now be refreshed and will display your grid with the fields you've confirmed.
Permanent view for the leads grid display mode
Click the User Settings
icon.On the Default View tab, select the relevant option:
Grid View.
Cards View.
Calendar View.
Click Submit.
Manage multiple Sales Leads
You can manage and edit multi leads easily, just follow the below steps:
By the relevant leads you want to manage, select the tick box
icon.Click the Edit From Selection
button.From the Edit Multi Leads pop-up, add the required updates:
General Section: From this tab you can update the following information:
Brand.
Location.
Category.
Sub Category.
Source.
Sub Source.
Status Section: From this tab, you can update the status and priority of the selected leads.
Other Section: From this tab, you can:
Add your notes.
Flag if a contact was made, and the contact type.
Claim the leads.
Set leads as favourite.
Assign Leads: This will be possible only when the leads are in the same location.
Click Update, then from the confirmation pop-up, click Confirm.
If you don't want to make any other updates, click the close tab
icon.
