Sales Leads menu options

The Sales Lead Portal provides a comprehensive set of tools designed to help you manage leads efficiently, track performance, and gain meaningful insights into sales activity.

User settings

The user settings area allows you to personalise how the Sales Lead Portal works for you. These settings control your default views, notifications, and how data is displayed throughout the module.

To update your user settings for the SLP module view, follow these steps:

  1. Click the User settingsicon.

  2. Adjust your preferences as required:

    • Default View: Select which view you want to have for the leads display.

    • Multiple Settings:

      • Show Activity in Schedular Against The Whole Day: Appointments, follow ups and events will be shown against the whole day rather than by time slots selected.

      • Limit Search to Selected Dates in Filter: Enabling this will limit the date range specified in the filter menu.

      • Enable Addition Of Events in Leads: This enables the use of selecting dates for events in a lead.

      • Top leads In Grid View: Set the number of leads to load on initial opening of the Sales Lead Portal.

      • Top Events In Scheduler View : Set the number of events to load on initial opening of the scheduler view.

      • Reminder Alert (Days): The number of days the user is alerted before.

    • Email Templates: Select which email templates are available when responding to leads. You can also choose a default template. This can be set on a brand level if you're on a multi-brand system.

    • Calendar:

      • Add Follow Up Date To Calendar: Default setting allowing Atreemo to send follow up reminders when creating / editing leads.

      • Add Appointment Date To Calendar: Default setting allowing Atreemo to send appointment reminders when creating / editing leads.

  3. To save your updates by the end, click Submit.


Users Time Cycle

The User time cycle provides managers with visibility into staff activity within the Sales Lead Portal.

  1. Click the Users Time Cycle icon, and review the displayed grid, which is similar to the main Sales Leads list grid. It includes additional activity-based insights for monitoring performance and engagement.

  2. From the actions column, you can view the icon representing the recently made update:

    • Follow up

    • Appointment

    • Call made

    • Note

    • Status

    • Claim

    • New Communication

    • Assign

    • Meeting

πŸ€“Tip: You can click the any of the icons in the actions column and that will open the lead in a pop-up so you can further review and edit it if required.


Manage Goals

The manage goals section allows managers to set and track sales targets for their teams.

Add new goals

To add your goals plan, follow the below steps:

  1. Click the Manage Goals icon, then click Manage Goals icon.

  2. From the displayed pop-up, define the goals:

    1. Select the general details:

      • The brand these goals will be assigned to.

      • The region these goals will be assigned to.

      • The group these goals will be assigned to.

      • The locations these goals will be assigned to.

      • The users these goals will be assigned to.

      • The year for the to be set goals, this is by default is set as the current year.

      • The months if applicable. This is by default set as all months.

    2. Click Set Goals.

    3. Define the specific details of the new goals:

      • Appointments: How many appointments you are aiming to have for the defined time period.

      • Calls: How many calls you are aiming to have for the defined time period.

      • Revenue ( Β£ ): How many appointments you are aiming to have for the defined time period.

      • Closed : How many closed leads you are aiming to have for the defined time period.

  3. Click Save, then click Confirm.

You will have a list of cards for the chosen locations, with a summary of the KPIs for:

  • The appointments number.

  • The calls number.

  • The revenues in pounds.

  • The number of the closed leads.

Review and manage the goals

To edit the goals of a specific site, follow these steps:

  • By the relevant site name card, click the edit goal icon.

    • To switch to a chart display, click the Chart Display button.

    • To review the reporting of the goals, click the Goal Statistics icon.

    • To edit the goals for a specific users group or a user, click Manage Goal Users.

      1. Update the users and groups details, then click Add Goals.

      2. Set the relevant goals details, then click Save.

    • To view the specific stats as a breakdown by users, click the expand icon then click Show User's Goal Statistics icon.


Goals Dashboard

The Goals Dashboard provides a visual overview of performance against targets.

  1. Click the Goals Dashboard icon. Then choose how you would like to have the dashboard displayed:

    • By User

    • By Location.

  2. Once selected the relevant dashboards view metric, you will have charts for the:

    • Calls made.

    • Appointments booked.

    • Revenue generated.

    • Closed successful Sales.

  3. Hover on the red line by the charts to see the list of users or locations and the related goals analysis.


Open Schedule

The Scheduler displays the upcoming and historical appointments data.

  1. Click the Open Schedule icon.

  2. By default, your view will be set on Agenda, but you can switch it according to your preferences:

    • Day

    • Week

    • Month

Show Productivity Dashboard

The Productivity Dashboard provides insight into recent performance.

  1. Click the Productivity Dashboard icon. Then choose how you would like to have the dashboard displayed:

    • By User

    • By Location.

  2. Review the productivity dashboards charts:

    • Leads per location

    • Calls made

    • Appointments booked

    • Sales completed

    • Sales revenue


Show results dashboard

The results dashboard shows a real-time overview of your sales funnel.

  1. Click the Show results dashboard icon. Then review the available charts for the:

    • Total count.

    • Status of all open leads.

    • Lead sources breakdown.

    • Closing ratios: sales versus non-sales.

    • Open versus unclaimed leads.
