Segment customers based on their favourite purchased products

You can view the purchased products of your customers, if provided by the relevant third party, and create customers segments based on the desired information.

To view the favourite purchased products of your customers, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation.

  2. From the Data Tree nodes list, click the arrow to expand the nodes under Transaction values.

  3. Drag and drop the Favourite Products (Wizard) into the segmentation canvas.

  4. Select Favourite Product to have a list of specific products.

  5. Click Next.
