Click your username icon.
Click Settings, then click Salutation Rules.
To adjust the salutation rules order, drag the fields in the right order.
In the default value section, write the value you would like to display in case of the absence of the first and the last name.

Salutation rules are set in Acteol's general setting to help you to set the default values for the salutation rules that will be used in your communications to your customers.
