To review or update the feedback module rules for your user, follow these steps:
From the upper section of your Acteol CRM, click your username
icon.Navigate to General Settings, then click My Account.
Click Feedback and Communication.
From the Feedback Issues escalate to dropdown:
Type, then select your colleague's username.
Select all your colleagues at once by selecting the relevant group name.
Click Save.
π€Tip: If no information is displayed, that means that no users are linked for enquiries and feedback escalation, or your permissions do not allow access. Please verify your permissions or contact your administrator for further assistance.
