To review or update the feedback module rules for your user, follow these steps:
From the lower section of your Acteol CRM, click your username icon.
πNote: If the modules menu panel is open, by your username click the open user menu
icon instead of directly clicking your username icon.Click My Account, then click Feedback and Communication.
From the Feedback issues escalate to dropdown:
Type, then select your colleague's username.
Select all your colleagues at once by selecting the relevant group name.
Click Save preferences.
π€Tip: If no information is displayed, that means that no users are linked for enquiries and feedback escalation, or your permissions do not allow access. Please verify your permissions or contact your account manager for further assistance.
