Standard nodes and wizards
Communications: this node allows you to see all customers according to their opt in and availability status.
Contactable: customers who are opted in for the stated channel.
Availability: These are the customers that are available (not hard bounced/rejected) but are opted in or opted out.
Available not Opted In: Customers whose contact details are available but not opted in. Typically used in social and audience management.
Opted in but not available: Customers who are opted in but email is invalid. Typically used for social/app/SMS, etc.
Opted In: Opted in regardless of available or unavailable status.
Preferences: Preference level status that customers want to hear from i.e. offers & vouchers / newsletter only / service updates, etc.
Customer Domains (wizard): Segment customer domains.
Transaction values: This node allows you to segment customers based on their total and average spends.
Average transaction value: this node allows you to find customers based on their average transaction value.
Total transaction value: this node allows you to find customers based on their total transaction value.
Transactions (wizard): this wizard allows you to select customers based on their order date, delivery date, total spend, status etc
Products (wizard): this wizard allows you to select customers based on their order date, Product Name, Product Code, Item Group Name, Product Subgroup, Count of Interactions.
Source: allows you to select customers based on their external source.
Original source: The Original Source Wizard will display contacts that have entered Atreemo for the first time via a specific source.
Segment: this node allows you to segment customers based on their behavior, allowing you to segment your customer base on whether they are loyal, frequent visitors or even if they have recently stopped visiting (i.e. Lapsed).
Recency: This node is how recently customers have booked.
Yesterday : booked yesterday.
<7 : booked in the last 7 days.
7-14 days : booked between 7-14 days ago and so on.
Campaign Engagement: This node allows you to segment customers based on their open and click engagement with your marketing campaigns.
Vouchers: This node allows you to look at the vouchers issued and redeemed.
Vouchers wizard: This is where you can create selections based on redemptions/ types/ values etc.
Survey: This node will show you any surveys that you have built in Atreemo, and select customers based on their responses to survey questions. New surveys will automatically be created here once they are set live.
Survey wizard: allows you to pull details if a certain survey was completed or not/date completion.
Import: : This node will show you the manually imported data using the import module.
Tags: This represent to you the tags information you have created in your settings. This node has other nodes under it for the group tags and the specific tags belonging to each group.
β οΈImportant: The data in presented in the data tree nodes is refreshed each 24 hours, after which the automated refreshes are done overnight. However, the wizards are different; they are refreshed more often depending on the source of the data presented in the wizard.
