To create a new contact profile for a customer, follow the steps below:
Click SCV, then click Search Contact.
Click Add new contact.
Enter the fields, mandatory fields are marked with a star * icon.
Select the relevant tick boxes:
The first tick box is to confirm that the person for the contact profile you're creating has accepted that their data is being stored and they are aware of your privacy policy.
The second tick box is to confirm that the person for the contact profile you're creating has accepted to receive marketing communications from you in the future
Click Submit.
