⚠️Warning: Action this only if you're having a confirmed request, as if you remove a customer's personal data by hashing it, it's not possible to retrieve this data again.
To hash a customer's personal data but keep all their analytical data, follow the steps below:
Click SCV, then click Search contact.
In the search bar, search for the contact's name or email address.
Click the Display Contact Profile
icon.Click the Hash
icon, then click Confirm.
🤓Tip: Once the contact hash is applied, all personal customer data is anonymised into an alphanumeric format, allowing interactions to be tracked on the contact profile's timeline without exposing identifiable information.
