Open Saved Campaigns

You can revisit a revisit a previously created campaign that is still in draft and continue working on it when required. From here, you will find a full list of all draft campaigns you've created and any campaigns that your teammates have shared with you.

View the summary of your draft campaigns

To view a summary of your open saved campaigns, follow the steps below:

  • From the left-hand menu, click Campaigns.

  • Click Open Saved Campaigns.

  • Review the campaigns grid:

    • Actions:

      • Reuse a campaign by using it as a starting point for a new campaign.

      • Share the campaign with other users on your team.

      • Open the campaign to make edits or updates.

      • Delete it if itโ€™s no longer needed.

    ๐Ÿ“ŒNote: You can only delete campaigns created by your own account; campaigns created by other colleagues cannot be deleted.

    • ID and Title to quickly identify the campaign.

    • A short Description that tells you what the campaign was about.

    • The Channel it was created for, such as email or SMS.

    • The Channel Actions column lets you preview the campaign or send yourself a test to check how it looks in action.

    • The Channel ID, Email Opcode, and the date it was Saved On, so you know how recent it is.

    • The Created By field shows who initially set it up, useful if you need to reach out for collaboration.

    • The Initial Targeted Customers and the Initial Total Communications planned for the campaign.

    • Automated: You can check if your campaign is set as an automated campaign.


Filter your draft campaigns view

To filter your open and saved campaigns view, follow the below steps:

  1. From the Open Saved Campaigns section, click the filter icon.

    • Search by sender venues: By Sender Venues, enter the sender venue to locate campaigns.

    • Show or hide campaigns by channel: Use the checkboxes to select or deselect channels, allowing you to filter which campaigns are displayed.

    • Filter by creation date: Narrow down your view by applying date filters to see campaigns created within a specific timeframe.

    • Criteria: Apply any additional criteria as needed to refine your search results

  2. Click Search.
