Access real-time events module

Real-time events give you the ability to create campaigns based on third-party events. These events are received via APIs from your third parties and can be used to create useful campaigns such as newsletter sign-up confirmations or transactional emails.

⚠️Important: It's important to understand the integration that has been set up between Atreemo and your third-party providers. If you are unsure, speak to your Account Manager to help understand the appropriate APIs to use.

  1. Click the modules left-hand menu icon.

  2. Click Real Time Events, or towards the bottom of the menu click More, then click Real Time Events.

πŸ€“Tip: If you're licensing the module, but it is not showing for you, contact your Account Manager.

The real-time events homepage displays a summary of all real-time events that have been created.

Actions

  • Pause a real-time event.

  • unpause a real-time event.

  • Preview a real-time event setup, only if live.

  • Edit a real-time event setup, only if paused or in draft.

  • Delete a real-time event, only if in draft.

ID

A unique ID linked to the real-time event. If you wish to raise an investigation, provide this ID to support.

Name

The name of your real-time event.

Target Count

The number of contacts that have been processed by the real-time event.

Status

  • Draft: Still in build and not yet activated.

  • Active: In use and can be triggered by third parties.

  • Paused: End date not met, but is not active.

  • Ended: Has reached its scheduled end date.

Start Date

The date you schedule your real-time event to activate.

End Date

The date your real-time event is scheduled to end and no longer process third-party data.

Object

The API endpoint that the real-time event is being triggered by.

Event

The API call within the endpoint that the real-time event is triggered by.

Journey ID

The Journey ID.

Journey Title

Only applicable to real-time events set up within Journeys.

Brand

The brand to which the real time event is related.

Create Date

The date when the real-time event was initially created.

Created By

The user who created the real-time event.
