Segment your customers based on their Wifi log in

If you have integrated your Wifi to your, you can segment customers based on their WiFi login information including details such as when they connected, which location they connected from, and even how many times they’ve logged.

To segment your customers based on their Wifi information, follow the below steps:

  1. Click the Single Customer View icon, then click Contact Segmentation.

  2. Drag and drop the Wifi (Wizard).

  3. From the pop up, select Log on date.

    1. Log on date:

      • On: if you want choose a specific date.

      • On or after: if you want choose a date starting from which you want to check the log ins.

      • Between: if you want to choose a date range. Click the date icon to add the dates.

    2. Location: to select if you have multiple locations.

  4. Specify your wizard's query title, then click Next.
