In order to export your customers details, please follow the below steps:
From SCV, click Contact Segmentation.
Drag and drop the relevant node you want to extract its data.
Example: if you want to export all your database, use the Demographics node.
Click Results.
Click Export options, click on Analysis Export then click Confirm.
Add the required information from the Analysis Export pop-up:
Enter a title for your report.
From the dropdown, choose Audience Selection for the export field.
Select XLSX as the export extension. It's important to choose XLSX format, as CSV is not currently supported for this export.
Click Next then click Finish.
The report will be prepared shortly, and you’ll be notified and you'll be able to download it once it's ready.
Open the link provided in the notification email, then click Download
icon.
