Social Assets Management

You can add your Ad accounts, social media pages profiles and group as required from the Social Assets Management section in your Acteol CRM's settings.

Access the Social Assets Management Settings

  1. Click your username icon.

  2. Click Settings, then click Social Assets Management.

  3. Add the relevant social assets.

My Ad Account

  1. In the My Ad Account section, click the Add button.

  2. Select the relevant social icon, and add your social page credentials and log in.

  3. From the Select Groups drop down, select the relevant groups that would be eligible to have access to the ad accounts you're adding.

  4. Click Add Ad Account.


My Profiles

  1. In the My Profiles section, click the Add button.

  2. Select the relevant social icon, then add your social page credentials and login.

    1. You can add any of these channels:

      • X

      • Google Reviews.

      • TikTok

      • Facebook and Instagram.

  3. From the pages list, select the relevant pages to be added to your instance, then click Add Page.


My Profiles Groups

  1. In the My Profiles Groups section, click the Add button.

  2. Select the details of your profiles group:

    • Brands.

    • Regions.

    • Locations.

    • Channels.

    • Pages.

    • Name.

    • Description.

  3. Click Submit.
