Add a new campaign category

Campaign categories are used during your campaign creation as a mandatory step. You can review or create a new campaign category in easy steps.

Campaign categories are used during your campaign creation as a mandatory step to help you track your campaigns that are assigned to the same categories.

To add a new campaign category to use in your campaigns, follow the steps below:

  1. From the lower section of your Acteol CRM modules menu panel, click General Settings.

  2. Click Campaigns Management.

  3. Select Category Management, then click New Category.

  4. Specify the new campaign category details:

    • Select the relevant brand.

    • Choose a title for the category.

    • Choose a description.

  5. Click Submit.
