Manage Categories

Manage Categories is where categories are set to be displayed either in SLP module, Feedback and inquiries or for Tracker.

To access the Manage Categories section, follow these steps:

  1. Click your username icon.

  2. Click Settings, then click Manage Categories.

View and manage the existing categories

To view and manage the existing categories, view the categories list:

  • Actions:

    • Delete the category.

    • Edit the category.

  • Category ID

  • Category Name

  • Created By

  • Created On

  • Brand Name

  • Last Modified By

  • Last Modified On


Create a new category

  1. From the Manage Categories in the Settings, click New Category.

  2. Add the category's details:

    1. The category name.

    2. The category description.

    3. The brand to which the category will be assigned.

    4. To which modules the category will be visible for:

      • SLP.

      • Feedback and Enquiries.

      • Tracker.

      • Click Submit.

  3. Add the locations details:

    1. From the Locations drop-down, select the relevant locations that will have this category available.

    2. Click Add Locations.
