Configure the settings for your digital wallet

You can set up your digital wallet in easy steps.

To begin setting up your wallet, follow the step below:

  1. From the upper section of your Acteol CRM, click your username

    icon.

  2. Navigate to General Settings, then click Wallet Management.

  3. Click Wallet Settings, then action the following steps:

    1. To trigger the update of loyalty passes when a transaction is made, click the toggle by Activate Loyalty Trigger.

    2. To trigger the update of voucher passes when a voucher has been issued or redeemed, click the toggle by Activate Voucher Trigger.

    3. From the Time Zone drop down, choose the relevant time zone.

    4. Click Save.

  4. From the Settings Name drop-down, select the relevant settings name.

    • To create a new settings name, click the add icon.

    • Write the new settings name, then click Submit.


Android Google Wallet settings

  1. Click the Android tab.

  2. In the Issuer ID field, add the ID you have taken from the google console of the client.

  3. In the Service Account ID, contains a file explaining the information you need to obtain from Google to set up your Android wallet.

  4. Add the file for the Account Private Key which you've obtained from your Google console.

  5. Click Save.


iOS Wallet settings

πŸ“ŒNote: Android and iOS wallet settings can come from the client side or from Acteol. If you have your own presence on Android and iOS, you can use your own settings. Otherwise, Acteol can generate the required codes and IDs.

  1. From the IOS tab, add the required information:

    • Type in the pass type identifier.

    • Type in team identifier, then upload the pass certificate file.

    • Type in the pass certificate password.

    • Type in Apple push notification service private key.

    • Type in the Apple push notification service key Id.

  2. Click Save.
