Feedback and Enquiries tagging

Feedback and Enquiries tagging section allows you to track and manage tags applied to feedback and enquiry tickets, helping categorise and analyse responses more effectively.

πŸ“ŒNote: By default the displayed insights are having a month to date filterning. However, you can amend the date range of the data displayed on your charts.

  • Write in the From and To text boxes the relevant dates, then click Display.

The Feedback and Enquiries tagging table includes:

Colum

Details

Regions

The geographic grouping of locations, if your system has regions set up.

Locations

The specific site having the tags.

Category

The feedback category.

Tag

The keyword applied to feedback.

Type

Indicates how the tag was matched, if it's exact match or not.

Tagged

The number of tickets associated with tags.

  1. To view the tags, click the tagged number and a pop-up will display to you having the main details of the feedback and inquiries tickets having the tag.

  2. To display the ticket, click the edit icon.
