To view the opt-in by source insights, follow the steps below:
From the Modules Menu
icon, then click Insights.Click Optin By Source.
π€Tip: If you have multiple brands, a pop-up will appear asking you to select a brand to view. The "All Brands" option will only pull data if you have created an "All Brands" instance in SCV.

Optin By Source
From the Optin By Source table, you can see the number of contacts based on the source they entered in the DB from. The table shows the:
Source | the name of the source of the contacts creation. |
Contacts | the total number of contacts. |
Optin Source Count | the total number of opted-in contacts. |
Opted in | The opt-in as a percentage. |
Contacts Variance Compared To Previous Month
The chart visually compares Contacts Variance Compared to Previous Month and Opted-In Compared to Previous Month for different sources. It uses horizontal bars with percentages, where red represents contacts variance and teal represents opted-in variance.
To view this chart, follow these steps:
Hover over the horizontal bars on the chart.
A tooltip will appear showing:
Source name.
Percentage change compared to the previous month for both metrics.
Compare the visual trends between Contacts Variance and Opted-In Variance to identify patterns.
To export the data if you need to analyse or share it further, click the burger menu
icon, then select Excel Export.
Optin By User
This chart counts the contacts based on the API user posting the data into Atreemo.
User | The details of the API user related to the source that added the customers data. |
Contacts | Total number of contacts added by the user. |
Optin Source Count | Percentage change in contacts compared to last month. |
Contacts Variance Compared to Previous Month | Percentage change in opt-ins compared to last month. |
Opted In Compared To Previous Month | Opt-in customers percentage compared to previous month. |
Opted in | Opt-in customers percentage. |
Changing the Optin By Source insights filters
To change the month, click the Filter
icon and select the relevant month, then click Search.To change the filter and sort options, click the three-dot menu
icon, then:Sort by ascending or descending.
Select which columns to display.
Lock the column in place, or unlock it.
To change a column's position, you can click and drag unlocked columns.
To export the data to Excel, click the burger menu
icon, then select Excel Export.
