View campaign results

You can review the campaign results and click overview of campaigns you've sent out.

Once you've sent a campaign, you can view the key stats by following the steps below:

  1. From the left hand menu, click Campaigns.

  2. Go to where your campaign sits: Campaign Summary or Automated Campaigns Summary.

  3. Click the campaign results icon.

  4. Review your data:

    • Target Audience: View how many contacts you sent the email to, how many of those visited your stores in the following 14 days, and how much they spent.

      • Direct spend: Transaction values made by your customers who visited within 14 days of the campaign send date. It can be tracked by your integrated Epos or Reservation systems.

      • Indirect spend: For any customers for whom you don't have direct spend information, the system automatically calculates the likely spend based on the average spend details.

    • Email Results:

      • Headline Stats: This includes the open rate, click rate, delivery rate etc.

      • Device Usage: This includes browser breakdown-opens and browser breakdown-clicks.

      • Show me More:

        • When did people open your email: This includes breakdowns of what time of the day, what time of the week your customers have opened your email and more stats regarding the delivery of your email.

        • More Info: This includes further information on what was sent, the open rates based on specific timings, the count of items that it wasn't possible to sent to.

    • Email Views And Clicks Through: the line graphs represents the evolution of data over time for the views, clicks through and unsubscribe clicks against each other.

    • Delivery Info.

    • Engagement Info.
