Surveys management

You can easily manage your existing surveys depending on their status from your existing surveys grid.

From the Existing Surveys on the Survey module, you'll have the following actions:

Open the existing surveys

  • Click Surveys, then click Existing Surveys.

  • Delete a survey: To delete a survey, click the Bin icon, then click Confirm.

📌 Note: You can only delete a survey that's not live yet.

  • Preview a survey: To preview your survey, click the View view.png icon.

🤓 Tip: If you're editing your survey, you can preview your progress. Above Add Question, click the Preview icon. Previewing your survey during all the phases of the survey creation process helps you visualise your survey and fill it:

  • Reuse a survey: By the relevant survey, click the Reuse icon then click Reuse Survey button.

  • Check the uploaded assets: If you've added any media questions, to view or download the assets submitted by your customers, click the View Uploads icon.

  • Set exclusive rights: Click the Set exclusive rights icon so it's visible and edited by specific team members if required. .

    1. From the Restrict Survey Access pop-up, select the users or group of users you want to grant exclusive access.

    2. Click Grant Exclusive Access, then close the pop-up.

🤓 Tip: To make sure that the exclusive rights were granted, the Set exclusive rights icon will be displayed in green. You can click it again to review the setup, and to remove the exclusive rights to certain users when required.

📌 Note: If you haven't find the set exclusive rights icon available in your instance, you can contact your account manager so that they can enable it for you.


Survey details

  • OpCode: A unique identification code for the survey.

  • Title: The survey's title.

  • Description: The survey's description.

  • Total Pages: The total number of the total pages in your survey.

  • Total Questions: The total number of the total questions in your survey.

  • Total Responses: The total number of responses in your survey.

    1. To view the responses list of the survey, click the number displayed for the total responses.

    2. From the pop-up, click the delete icon to remove any test responses.

      📌 Note: This allows you to delete a response as long as the survey is not live, and your user has the relevant access rights to perform this action.

    3. Click the preview icon to review a customer's specific responses.

  • Created On: The date of the survey creation.

  • Created By: The details of the user who created the survey.

  • Status: The survey's current status.
