Surveys management

You can quickly and easily delete draft surveys.

From the Existing Surveys on the Survey module, you'll have the following actions:

Delete a survey

To delete a survey, follow the steps below:

πŸ“Œ Note: You can only delete a survey that's not live yet.

  1. Click Surveys, then click Existing Surveys.

  2. By the relevant survey, click the Bin icon.

  3. Click Confirm.


Preview a survey

You can preview your survey during all the phases of the survey creation process. This helps you visualise your survey and fill it. Click the View view.png icon.

πŸ€“ Tip: If you're editing your survey, you can preview your progress. Above Add Question, click the Preview icon.


Reuse a survey

You can create a copy of an existing survey in a few easy steps.

  1. From Existing Surveys, click the Reuse icon.

    • You can modify the survey details: survey name, survey description, and survey source.

  2. Click the Reuse Survey button.


Check the uploaded assets

If you've added any media questions, you can view or download the assets submitted by your customers by clicking the View Uploads icon.


Set exclusive rights

You can set exclusive rights to your survey, so it's visible and edited by specific team members if required.

  1. Click the Set exclusive rights icon.

  2. From the Restrict Survey Access pop-up, select the users or group of users you want to grant exclusive access.

  3. Click Grant Exclusive Access, then close the pop-up.

πŸ€“ Tip: To make sure that the exclusive rights were granted, the Set exclusive rights icon will be displayed in green. You can click it again to review the setup, and to remove the exclusive rights to certain users when required.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you haven't find the set exclusive rights icon available in your instance, you can contact your account manager so that they can enable it for you.
