Create keywords

You can track certain words that your customers are using for example, in their comments or posts on your social media pages or feedback tickets.

To create a tag for the social comments, follow the steps below:

  1. Click your username icon on the right.

  2. Click Settings, then click the Keywords icon.

  3. Click Add Tag.

  4. From the drop-down labeled This Tag is visible for, select the relevant modules that will have this keyword:

    • All.

    • Feedback and Enquiry.

    • Social.

  5. Specify the word, then assign it to a category.

  6. Specify if how you're going to track the word:

    • Exact match

    • Any match.

  7. Assign a sentiment to the word. The sentiment can be:

    • Negative.

    • Neutral

    • Positive.

  8. Click Save.
